Pack Your System
Ensure the water softener or filtration unit is securely packed in its original packaging, including all installation components, manuals, and accessories.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send your package to our returns processing center, clearly marking the RMA number on the box.
Inspection and Refund
